By accessing or using StewardRing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

StewardRing provides cloud-based business phone services including but not limited to: virtual phone numbers, voice calls, SMS messaging, voicemail, call recording, AI-powered receptionist services, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or make robocalls
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Service credits may be available for qualifying outages as described in our SLA documentation.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI receptionist is designed to assist with call handling but may not always respond perfectly. We are not liable for any AI responses or actions. You should review AI configurations and train the system appropriately for your business needs.

8. Intellectual Property

StewardRing and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the services. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StewardRing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease and your data will be handled according to our data retention policies.
